chore: bump node-boleto #296

Description

This PR aims to bump the version of the node-boleto dependency, and by so avoiding having headaches with different timezones based at input hours, since we only matter for days.

Yes, the goal was to centralize the dependency throughout all Pagar.me projects =)

(Btw by not doing this we're assuming we have an outdated version of a dependency)

Galerinha, vou fechar esse PR tendo em vista que no máximo semana que vem iremos criar um novo PR que obrigatoriamente irá atualizar a versão do node-boleto 😬
