copy shared block between sites #75

Currently (in version 0.7) copy/paste a shared block will generate a Save error (missing children), because the id of the pasted shared block won't be found in the destination site. It would be nice to hold the source site id in the clipboard so that the target site can detect the id must be regenerated.
