The most common combinations are 16x16, 16x16+32x32+48x48, 16x16+32x32, and 32x32 in that order. These combinations account for 79% of all ICO files."

pageboard/image uses sharpie to serve ico format. Sharpie defaults to 16+32+64. Maybe it should change to 16+32+48.
