[Feature] Add Battle Log #2607

Describe the Feature

I often play the game at 5x speed. Often, things happen and I don't know why a hit didn't land or how a target's health just increased...an battle log that could fly out when I missed something important would be AWESOME!

Additional context

A great example is on pokemon showdown. Perhaps just dump all the battle event text into a spooler and allow me to pull it up to review what happened when I need.

Something like this is being discussed since it would give devs some more insight into bugs in the future
