[Feature] Ability Swap for evolved Pokemons #2815

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. A LOT of Pokemon get their only good ability in the last stage of their evolution. E.g. the Nido's only get Sheer Force when they become King/Queen. I'll list some more examples at the bottom. Usually, these mons are really bad without this particular ability. Very often, you don't get this ability when evolving.

Describe the Feature There are some options, ranked from viable to less viable (imo):

  1. An item that allows you to change the ability of 1 Pokémon, given that you have this ability unlocked 1b. Or through an event, similar to (or part of!) the upcoming TM shop!

  2. Allowing to choose/lock the final ability in the Starter screen, like how you set the starting ability 2b. Having to unlock 2. first with eggs

  3. Very unlike the core games, but: allowing to choose the ability after evolving

Additional context Additional examples: Moxie Salamence, Gyarados, Honchkrow, Mightyena Sharpness Gallade Adaptability Porygon-Z Sheer Force Steelix Etc. you get the gist
