[Feature] Increase levels of wild Pokemon on floors 191-199 #3348

Describe the Feature Damo wants them to appear in the 178-185 range.

From a quick test here are the following levels I received: 191: 172 Iron Moth 192: 158 Slither Wing 193: 175 Great Tusk 194: 162 Brute Bonnet 196: 174 Iron Moth 197: 165 Iron Hands 198: 170 Iron Bundle 199: 180 Iron Valiant

Additional context For reference the 195 trainer fight has Pokemon with the following levels: 192/189/189/189/189/200

+1 the 8 floors of paradox pokemon rarely outspeed your team, if at all, and pose little threat
