[Feature] Add tutorials for Mystery Encounters #3828

Before release, there needs to be a tutorial added to tutorial.ts that stops the first ME and points out what is happening in the player's screen.

I think ideally we'd like to force the first ME ever to be something in particular, so that we can be more precise and detailed during the tutorial explanation.

We agreed on Mysterious Challengers being the first ME but... I now think that leaving a new player the option to smash themselves into the Brutal fight... might not be ideal for a newcomer. Although it's fine for the more experienced players, for the newer player it's just gonna wipe them out.

The other problem is that Mysterious Challengers only show in HUMAN biomes, so unless we're specifically forcing the wave, they might get that ME in an illegal biome

Also, I don't know if you considered this but we could have a "duplicate" of Mysterious Challengers that has the custom logic for behaving like a tutorial (example, options 2 & 3 could be forcefully locked out, explaining "in some cases, some options might be locked out" and so on). On the reward shop, a dialogue could show, explaining that some rewards are locked behind the MEs option "you will always get a memory shroom when going for option 1 in this ME". This might already sound like a slog, but I think it's better to break up the MEs tutorial in smaller chunks throughout the first ME gameplay rather than drop them a wall of text or leave out info.
