2 weeks ago Heya there I am deeply sorry for that. Sadly there's been some issues at the site a long time where people do in fact lose their account details as many save their passwords. That's the reason why you see that people have the option to link in their accounts with discord or google(google is more reliable) which has lowered a lot the number of people losing accounts but some still lose them due to not linking them or writing manually and physically down their passwords. There isn't a lot that we can do about it but hope that you maybe can try typing it in instead of filling it in. Although theres a thread in the bug reports which has a lot of people who had the same issue and also that someone from the dev team is cooking up a solution. https://discord.com/channels/1125469663833370665/1249564591428599871

I can’t log back in, my account and all my shinys, legendaries, and rare Pokemon in General are gone, I had just beaten classic too, if I could get this fixed I would appreciate it very much thank you
