Add to drag&drop and set up meta settings in a page template (I did template 1).
After everything looked how it wanted, I added HTMLBlock to Sidebar Wrap. Sidebar Wrap's HTMLBLock took on the settings of my page's HTMLBlock.
*Adding sitewide options (to Page Options) for HTMLBlock did NOT overwrite the sidebar's appearance as it should have.
Global options don't work.
