Rework config defaults #2

The configuration defaults don't always have the most intuitive names and should be refactored and regrouped before 1.0 releases.

The documentation should also be updated.

Todo: make a list how config entries should be named.

Waiting for #4 as it will make this issue a lot easier to tackle.
