Left side Menu, <nav>, cannot take Chinese characters into the URLs. #66

The URLs have '#' only. For example, if I have a heading named "你好", then the URL should be appended with "#你好" instead of "#", which it actually nothing. It's a bug. Is that a problem with this theme itself?
