Move Contact module to jQuery Validation as oppose to Bootstrap Validation JS. Right now it forces you to use only Bootstrap templates.

[x] Include jQuery validate library in module's Assets folder and auto include in template
[ ] Include custom css for spinner in order to dependency on FontAwesome
