PDF thumbnails #60

It could be nice if there was an option to render PDF as thumbnails, like images. A suggestion is to use ImageMagick.

Support has been done starting from redmine 4.1. Moreover it depends on you pdf policy defined within /etc/ImageMagick-*/policy.xml. Make sure that one has rights to read

E.g <policy domain="coder" rights="read" pattern="PDF" />
