pdf preview failed on IE11 #71

tip code fixes the IE11 image preview fail issue, but pdf preview is still failed on IE11, only blank is displayed in the lightbox. it’s ok to preview pdf on Chome. redone 4.0.2 and 4.0.3 tested

I've heard of this before and will try to take a closer look in the next couple of weeks. Pretty busy at the moment, sorry.
