Add `ErrorPage` and other improvements

Description

This PR was supposed to only add a ErrorPage.

Eventually, it got out of hand 😅 :

• Added a small note to README on how to start the project
• Added a new declaration so that Typescript can recognise and auto-competed Emotion theme while working with styled
• Created a new Providers component that gathers all context providers in one component.
• Refactored AppApi arguments so it receives the useState tuple instead of each value individually. I think it just makes it a bit more readable, no functionality should change.
  • The new arguments are themeState, loadingState, daoState, daoUserState, alertState instead of loading, setLoading, theme, setTheme, aler, setAlert and so on.
• Added Linting, Prettier, and Husky for pre-commit lints
  • Manually fixed all "error" types of lint issues
  • A ton of automatic lint fixes.
• Added node version topackage.json and nvmrc

This is great. It will take us a bit to review all this but thank you, some of those are small annoyances that just needed a good cleanup. The "i" and "c" being used in map functions was a bit of a pet peeve so I like to see those getting replaced with something a bit more verbose ("i" should be used for index imo). Tons of bigger improvements too.
