live earth with clouds malfunctioning on Android Galaxy S3 #22

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  setting  map to  live earth and clouds
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 expect periodically updates clouds map.  instead,  over  Pacific  Ocean is a giant white square.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 not sure what version of app;  running on  Android  on  Galaxy S3

Please provide any additional information below.
