Add some Registers #192

Add Low Pressure, High Pressure, Flow Temperature, Return Temperature, Hot Gas Temperature, Volume Stream for WP1 and WP2 Tested with the heat pumps: Stiebel Eltron WPE-I XX XXX 230 Premium and Stiebel Eltron WPL-A See #184

Add DualMode Set Temperature HZG an WW to be able to activate the heating element manually.
