ERROR (MainThread) [pymodbus.logging] Connection to (<IP:Port>) failed: [Errno 111] Connection refused #254

Hi all,

after updating via HACS to 2024.6 I get the following Error (from debug log):

ERROR (MainThread) [pymodbus.logging] Connection to () failed: [Errno 111] Connection refused

I tried out all versions down to 2024.1.1 but no could fix this issue. There was an somehow equal issue published in August, 2023.
