Missing images folder in some templates

I noticed in these templates:

• Burning_Crusade
• Illidan
• sunwell on /images/icons are missing these folder (or it errorly moved these on "icon" folder, also there is icon2 folder, useless i think)
• race
• pvpranks
• factions
• class

Instead on Sunwell template is missing the folder /images/buttons

I copied all from wotlk theme

I've noticed the folder structure inside each template doesn't exactly match. It would be good to go through and clean it up but that's a low priority item now. Most likely those images are just in a different directory under Sunwell.
