Bug Fix: Remove the tests from the packaged product
Enhancement: Add Py37 to the supported python environments

Note: For some reason travis-ci doesn't like Python 3.6 (py36) as a tox argument. Removed it from the additions; it's happy with Python 3.7 (py37) though.
