Pending submission #38

Hello again,

My latest submission result has been processed for hours now It seems unusual since previous submissions were processed within 15 minutes

Would you be able to take a look into the pending submission? The problem is it prevents me from submitting another submission

Hi, @newhyun00 Sorry for the inconvenience.

That was very weird (never seen before) but we admins have no interface to kill or debug each submission, so we've directly asked developers of Grand-challenge.org about this issue. I'll let you know as soon as possible when it's replied.

Unfortunately the evaluation for the submission to PAIP2019 failed with an error. The error message is:

Evaluation timed out

I got a reply from the developer, James.

He said server-side errors sometimes occur, and such cases are collected and cleaned up once a day with a 'timed out' state. Unfortunately, It seems there is no specific method to prevent or resolve the error from our side. We will keep our eyes on those situations to find ways to help.
