Mission Planner: Flight mode interface does not works with flight mode channel set to 5 #547

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In Mission Planner, Arduplane 2.28, on APM2 board
2. Change Flight Mode Channel to 5
3. in the Flight mode setup window the interface does not respond accordingly:

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The Channel PPM should correspond to channel 5

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
In Mission Planner 1.1.48, Arduplane 2.28, on APM2 board.

The snapshot are illustrating the issue. I am using a frsky 6 channel receiver, 
and the PWM input radio test is working correctly in CLI mode.
The Radio is also correctly calibrated and the HUD displays the corecte mode as 
shown on the snapshot.
