APM Planner not remembering settings #555

We wish to have the auto pan disabled and the absolute height always enabled.

If I uncheck the auto pan and go to the flight planner and check the absolute 
height, it works fine until I close down the APM planner. The next start up 
reverts to auto pan checked and absolute altitude unchecked. 

Can it please remember the settings so we don't have to keep changing them.

i have moded autopan, but not going to do abs/relative, as this has had problem 
in the past. and will be relative by default.
