the tlog file does not store the waypoints in it. unless you uploaded the
waypoint while it was connected. and in that case it will autoload them when it
sees them in the log.
this is not realy an "error"

I don't quite understand what you are meaning by connected?
Our process has always been to turn on the autopilot, establish an xbee link
with the ground station and then write and upload the route and read back the
waypoints loaded to ensure they were taken. Before update 1.1.48 it always
showed the route waypoints on play back, but there were two updates after
1.1.48 and then they stopped being shown. Interestingly although there were two
updates, the version number stayed the same at 1.1.48.

I have discovered the issue with this... If the log file is loaded and then
played the waypoints show up as expected in the route. If however the log file
is loaded and then the slider is used to move to the airborne section of the
log, the waypoints are not shown.
Don't know if that is classed as a bug or not really. It seems that the slider
is not loading all the file, but jumping to certain parts of it and loses some
of the information.
