North reference indication and selection, Mission Planner #584

I suggest it should be clearly stated and indicated in the mission planner what 
north reference is used (in all contexts: planning, execution, compass 
indication etc...). This for interface operational clarity.
Furthermore we should consider if there might be any benefit to have the north 
reference selectable. The pros and cons could of course be subject of 
discussion. Especially in polar regions with high declination values this might 
be useful.

On a side note: In airline industry in general, the north reference used for 
navigation is magnetic, in general. The exception being navigation close to the 
polar regions, where declination is very significant.

the problem here is that all courses passed via the ap are gps, not magnetic. i 
personaly dont see much use for thie feature.
