Mission Planner 1.2.7 - units description revision (not urgent) #716

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
Under Mission Planner -> Configuration -> Standard Params -> RTL Altitude and
RTL Approach Altitude :

If the units are in centimeters, please remove "centimeters/100" and just say
"centimeters". I believe it gets a bit fuzzy the way it's now. If I'm correct,
400 units will be 4 meters (400 centimeters).

Ok, looking at the code, and at the defines, I think, the values in the boxes
of mission planner are in meters (centimeters /100), but why not use just
"meters" or "centimeters" according to it instead of "meters /100" or
"centimeters /100" ? I don't know if this get confuse to other users, but I had
to check the value on the define of RTL and compare it to the value the mission
planner was showing.
