Missing file 3DRradio.fr.resx in Megaplanner source #801

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. try to compile mission planner in VS Pro 2012

Besides 24 missing references and dll (which can be fixed by replacing the 
wrong projects reference path with a valid one) it complains about a resource 
file missing 

"Error  1   Resource file "Radio\3DRradio.fr.resx" cannot be found. ArdupilotMega"

That file is nowhere. I can´t believe I´am the only one missing that...?

I get the same error. MP 1.2.19. Also the project 
"Tools\px4uploader\px4uploader.csproj" is missing from solution.

Greetings all, 
Nope - you'e not alone. I got the same error about the missing 
\px4uploader.csproj  folder - I know how you feel - I CAN'T BELIEVE this can 
happen to what is the OFFICIAL codebase from which everyone is supposed to 
CLONE... 

Does ANYONE have any idea if this directory is NEEDED, or can I delete it? 
And if I NEED it, WHERE to get it?
