RC_X_DZ Parameter lost after each reboot in 2.65 and 2.66 #804

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set any or all RC_X_DZ parameter to any value (tested with 0, 3,4,30)
2. Write them to APM 2.0. Read them again to check if they were stored.
3. Reset or power off APM

After reset or power off the stored RC_X_DZ parameter are on firmware defaults

This happens with V. 2.65 and 2.66

Maybe this could be the same reason as issue 718, because sometimes I found my
stored RC_X_DZ parameters on RX_X_min ?

I confirm this problem. This happen to me for CH5 when I set RC5_function to 4
(for second aileron setup). After reboot RC5_DZ value,if different from zero,is
copied to RC5_min value !For this reason I have set RC5_DZ value to
zero.(Arduplane V2.65)

It seems to be resolved in 2.67. In my opinion issue can be closed/deleted.
