Mission Planer - Failed to process THR_ACCEL_P and THR_MID (System.NullReferenceException) after upgrade to 1.2.55

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Mission Planner
2. Click on "Software" Icon menu (new from 1.2.55)
3. Click on "Basic Pids" from left side menu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
"Basic Pids" page should be loaded. 
Actual: Two error pop-up Failed to process THR_ACCEL_P and THR_MID 
(System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an 
object.
......
)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mission planner 1.2.55, on Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.

this problem happened with MegaPirateNG_2.8_R3, after I upgrade the firmware to 
2.9.1 beta, the problem gone.

same problem here firmware change still no change? downgrade to mission planner 
1.5 still same error?

Same error for me running MPNG 2.8_R3, Mission Planner 1.2.55 on Win 7 64 bit.  
Also running the HK V2 clone of the Crius AIOP.

same error for me, and also can't change by AC software, it says communication 
error during upload
