Dev Workflow WIP to merge

This is a WIP branch but I'd like to merge it as we discussed. In the "beta" period we can ship updates with a less rigorous completion standard.

What is covered so far:

• Installing / setting up your computer (Mac and Windows)
• Basic command line usage
• Shell basics (env vars and such)
• Intro to github

Not yet covered:

• Node / Typescript
• Git

As of this message the git sections are still not complete, although I created an initial intro video which ended up being a verbose 30m long.

The Node / Typescript stuff could really be fleshed out. Things like:

• package.json
  • npm install with no args
• node require vs ts (or js) import
  • We will exclusively use import of course, but once they start reading other peoples code they will hit require pretty quickly.
• tsconfig
• command line scripting
  • I.e. certain node APIs that are useful, and not necessarily related to the server section. Examples listed below.
  • process.env
  • process.argv
  • process.stdout
  • process.stdin
  • Everything related to the file system
  • Making external calls to the shell (i.e. child_process.exec)

I think some of this should belong in the server section, but it would also be useful to touch on some of it here.
