fix zh-CN translation for trigger conditions #74

As this is a patch for Chinese translations, I will explain the changes in Chinese.

AND、OR、NOT、XOR 修改为标准的译名（与、或、非、异或）
肯定和否定措辞统一为“必须”和“不得”
统一使用中文括号，数学符号两侧统一加空格
operator 应译为操作符
pass 有些地方被译为“传递”，改正为“通过”或相同的意思
字符串比较部分改为意译，应该会更通顺
触发器（TriggerForm）和动作（ActionForm）中有很大一部分原文是相同，所以翻译也统一为一种
