Update batch.removal.R #4

Issue solved: if the number of fcs channels is lower than 10 (default), errors occur in Seurat batch removal. In order to solve this, npcs is switched from seaurat.defaults$dims to seurat.params2$dims, thus the user can change it according to the dataset.
