In https://github.com/paketo-buildpacks/jammy-tiny-stack/pull/120 we added workflows that contain ARM64-compatible steps to the .syncignore so that the changes don't get overwrriten by github-config automation.
Once we update github-config to include these changes (all stacks have ARM64 support) we should come back and remove these files from the .syncignore so they can continue to receive updates as we add them to github-config in the future.
