Document `BPL_JVM_CLASS_ADJUSTMENT` #307

Expected Behavior

It looks like we added support for BPL_JVM_CLASS_ADJUSTMENT but never documented it. https://github.com/paketo-buildpacks/libjvm/pull/119

Possible Solution

Document on paketo.io Docs page & also in the README.md files for each JVM provider buildpack.

Motivations

This is a useful feature that should be documented.

This has been added to the README for our JVM vendor buildpacks, https://github.com/paketo-buildpacks/bellsoft-liberica?tab=readme-ov-file#configuration.

We still need to add a description of it here -> https://paketo.io/docs/howto/java/#configure-the-jvm-at-runtime
