Document BPL_JVM_CLASS_ADJUSTMENT #377

We added BPL_JVM_CLASS_ADJUSTMENT and it's being used, but it's not documented in the README.md for our libjvm-based buildpacks. It's also not documented on the paketo website.

We need to document this. Please see https://github.com/paketo-buildpacks/spring-boot/issues/235#issuecomment-2025243860 for details on how that works.
