@sophiewigmore I don't quite understand this. I merged the initial PR after it had everyone's approval and it seemed to have triggered an automatic release - from a perspective of Github successfully as can be seen https://github.com/paketo-buildpacks/noble-base-stack/releases/tag/v0.0.1.

@loewenstein it looks like the very first workflow run worked yeah - https://github.com/paketo-buildpacks/noble-base-stack/actions/runs/8245620328. The workflow gets triggered on:

• a push to main
• on a timer
• via a manual workflow run So it makes sense that when the PR was merged to main, it triggered the workflows.

The subsequent failures look like one-off errors. The latest one has unexpected response status: 500 Internal Server Error during the acceptance tests which to me comes across as a flake.
