Remove deprecated builder from documentation #766

Replace the old builder:base and builder:full with builder-jammy-base and builder-jammy-full respectively.

Summary

The old builders from https://github.com/paketo-buildpacks/base-builder are archived. Update to the newer builders

Use Cases

This enables end-users to not be confused when wondering why the builders do not contain the latest buildpacks.
