Finding a window via a batch file doesn't work if there's already a window of that name open #60

Given a window is already open
When I launch a similar window via a batch file
Then it should still be able to find it.

(Not sure if this is actually the problem, but should check - uses 
ApplicationLauncher.LaunchVia(...))

Added a test to verify that this isn't the problem.
