A flag for QCD background estimation should be added to other Tau files like what is in DoubleTau.

As explained in https://twiki.cern.ch/twiki/pub/CMS/IPMStau/diTau.html in eleTau and muTau channels only the charge of leptons are checked for QCD. Since the charge sum is already in EleTau and MuTau classes, we already have the QCD information there.
