A flag for QCD background estimation should be added to doubleMu like what is in DoubleTau.

Sorry for the typo, I meant EleMu. DoubleMu is being done by Shirin

It was decided to estimate the QCD bkg estimation in the EleMu channel in the same way that is evaluated in the DoubleMu channel. Shirin voluntarily accepted to do the job.
