Kinetic devel #43

So after some feedback from the users I think we'll just merge indigo-devel into kinetic-devel.

I'm working on the aruco 3.0.4 on a separate branch created from these changes, https://github.com/pal-robotics/aruco_ros/tree/aruco-3.0.4

Everything runs but I haven't done any serious testing yet.
