Hi,

Same as yesterday without rosbuild retro-compatibility ;)

N.B: there is a big "change" in node_tracker but that is just removal of duplicate code that somehow got there in a previous PR.

Looks good to me, also nice catch with removing the duplicated code! However, I will test it before saying +1 :)
