Stereo camera (ir1 & ir2) #46

This could be my fault, but I'm pretty sure that there's a problem with the stereo camera. First, the timestamps from the two images are not synchronized. Also, I just noticed that the Ir1 and ir2 images are the same (I've specified the right frames in the plugin parameters). Again, This could be me, but I strongly recommend anyone using the plugin for stereo SLAM in Gazebo to be careful with that.
