Take into account shoulder offsets #23

Currently only the shoulder width and height are taken into account. The offset occurring when bending the forward (bending the backbone) is ignored.

The same holds for the target robot as well.

A personal reminder: It might be good to split arm and torso adaptions in the future (it's currently combined).
