stack compiling #4

apply changes for compiling the stack under Electric

I applied the necessary changes. If one could try compiling this on his own electric version and it works, I would considered this issue fixed. Nice thing: under electric the overlays (pr2_mechanism_model orocos_kdl) are not necessary any more!
