tiago_controller_configuration/config/local_joint_control/direct_effort_control/arm_4_joint.yaml missing ? #8

Dear Olivier,

The files in direct_effort_control are deprecated, all the information that you need is in the folder actuator_parameters. We moved common actuator parameters needed by different controller types to this folder, for example, the motor torque constant or gear reduction. Direct effort control only needs these two parameters (the friction compensation parameters are optional). We will do a clean up of the deprecated parameters and files.
