APNdroid does not disable 3g #28

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Toggle internet access
2. Internet disconnects, wait 3 seconds
3. 3g is up again even after set to 'off'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I was using APNdroid before, unfortunately i had to perform a factory reset
on my phone. After reset and installing this app it doesnt really matter
which option i check, enabling/disabling all mms's doesnt work either -
internet is up all the time, with 5 seconds break when changing apn
address.

I checked the APN manually, and it looks like it should, with apndroid
added after the apn address, yet the 3g connection after a brief moment
(about 5 seconds) comes back online, even though it still has 'apndroid'
added in apn name.

I am afraid i am not the only one affected, as i found a comment on android
market - stating that after factory reset APNdroid does not work as
intended, problem being same as mine.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I am using version 2.0.1, on android 1.6

Please provide any additional information below.

APNdroid worked without even smallest problem until factory reset, perhaps
theres something i need to change/check in phone settings itself?

I think I know what is wrong. I was having exactly the same problem. if you go
under
settings the wireless controls then Mobile Networks then access point names,
select the
first one and change the apn type to defaultapndroid. hope that helps :)

Merging all the 'Not working' issues into Issue 12.
