versionnumber is not correct by android

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Manage Applications
2. APNdroid reports version 10.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When I installed the version from the Market it reported version 10.
When I installed the version 2.0.2-r16 it's still reporting version 10.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Isn't it possible to report/implement/define the correct version for every
released build?

Please provide any additional information below.
I'm using a Nexus One.

Yes we currently does not incese version in dev builds. I'll try to change it 
in next
dev build
