RAC problems #104

Windows 10

Ran the UAD setup fine, no errors or crashes Restarted Failed to download RAC from store: 0x803FB005 Did the offline installation (had to go into dev mode) RAC can't connect to RPC service

Any idea what could be going wrong?

what edition and version of Windows 10 are you using? (home, pro?) run winver.exe to determine Win10 version & edition

could be either broken MS Store app or corrupted Win10 OS. try the following solutions from these sites:

otherwise, reinstall Windows 10
