Hello! Currently I'm not able to open Realtek Audio Console and I'm not sure why that is. I am not too familiar with hardware stuff so please help me. I have taken screenshots of Driver Store Explorer. Let me know if there is anything else you need Capture Capture2

It seams you have a really old HDAUDIO driver v6.0.1.8186 which may be legacy HDA in nature considering its size with many UAD OEM specific components on your system. If you want to use my generic driver a cleanup is needed. Please export driver list from Driver store explorer (File - Export driver list), then attach resulted CSV file to your next comment.

Hey so I upgraded my realtek driver manually yesterday (so if you see something different form the screenshot above that is probably why) to try something out but let me know what else you need driver-list.csv .

At first glance everything should work now. There are some leftover and inactive outdated drivers on your system, but they should be harmless. If you still have issues you can add this to Realtek UAD generic drivers removal list. Extract it where setup.cmd is located. Also on your system you should use what's provided to you by OEM, mainly Sonic Studio instead of Realtek Audio Console. Also I did not add any THX driver to removal list as I am not sure if they are part of Realtek Audio driver or some third-party audio enhancement stuff that is fully independent of audio driver itself.
